I would imagine its a left 4 dead 2 server. In that case, youd just open ur console and type connect 19.xxx.xxx. or whatever the ip is. Now, in my case, in my L4d2 game, I had to enable developer console first which to do so is a little different than CS. Im right there with you Motley. Although sometimes it may seem as a player , or 2 or 3 is dominating the bots at a particular level, thats usually with 6-7 humans in the server. When its 2-3 humans and 15 bots, its hard to even manage to win a round when they are cranked ridiculously high.
WHen they are that high, I tend to play a map or rarely two and leave. Sometimes its just ridiculous. And you said the same words I did - a challenge is different than not standing a chance.

Having any mods installed is frowned upon. Or at least used to be. Its often viewed as causing increased latency and decreased registry.

I myself used to check these boards daily - then started using Blinks' forums. Then that site went down and I guess I had a brain fart about this one - oops.
Even if I was a senior admin, I can honestly say I probably wouldnt make any Saturday meetings from August-November simply because during college football season, we party from 11am to pass-out for the football games. That is, unless I of course go to one LOL.
